Information We Collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the fields you choose to provide: name, work email, optional company, optional topic, and message. Cloudflare may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and security signals, to route and protect the request. ONCIDI does not use that technical information for advertising or audience profiling.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, understand requested services, maintain business correspondence, protect the site and mailbox, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The launch site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, CRM, or CMS.
Contact Form Delivery and Retention
The browser sends contact fields to a Cloudflare-hosted form endpoint. Those fields are delivered to info@oncidi.com through Cloudflare's email service. The site does not create or maintain a site database of submissions.
Messages may remain in the company mailbox and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the relationship, protect legitimate business interests, or meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed mailbox retention period; retention is also affected by the mailbox provider's settings and retention policies.
Service Providers and International Processing
ONCIDI relies on service providers, including Cloudflare for site hosting, request protection, and form-to-email delivery, and an email provider for the company mailbox. They process information on ONCIDI's behalf or under their own service terms as applicable.
ONCIDI serves United States and international clients. Depending on where you are and where a provider operates, information may be processed in the United States or other countries whose data-protection rules differ from those in your location.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical security measures appropriate to this launch site and the information it handles. No internet transmission, service provider, or mailbox can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, health records, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information, which can include asking to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Send a request to info@oncidi.com. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. Available rights, exceptions, and our handling of a request depend on the law that applies to the circumstances.
Children's Privacy
This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 13, and ONCIDI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review the matter.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the site, our service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site where appropriate.
